Jim - The Coach Guy

Jim Totczyk is a self-motivated/driven leader and coach that has worked for the past 30 years to help others to recognise their strengths and potential. Having worked in the professional sporting arena with both AFC Bournemouth and Southampton FC, as a head coach of various age groups, Jim identified a gap of life skills for young people in the transition from school leaver to becoming an adult and looks to provide a conduit for these people on this journey. 

Furthermore, as part of his mentoring services, Jim also offers life skills coaching, business leadership workshops, motivational talks and team development. Jim's advanced experiences also includes working with several large corporate sized companies at senior management and director level.
