Dwayne Peasah
Dwayne Peasah is the founder of Max Performance and he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Since graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2014, with a BSc in Coaching and Sports Science, Dwayne completed a 1 year placement as a Sports Scientist/Strength and Conditioning coach at AFC Bournemouth.
Since then Dwayne has gained further experiences working with athletes at Bashley Football Club, Portsmouth College, Weymouth Football Club as well as leading the academy’s Sports Science/Strength and Conditioning programme at Oxford United Football Club. Dwayne is currently flourishing in his role as first team sports scientist at Oxford United Football Club. Furthermore, Dwayne was selected by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to work with the senior national team as an ‘Athletic Performance Coach’ for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualification periods in September and October 2024. His role included working with elite players on a day to day basis to enhance physical performances whilst minimising injury risk.
